Mobile Auto Solutions provides unrivaled experience, capabilities, training, and equipment to the automotive industry. We are a mobile service that will come to your repair shop and program, calibrate, diagnose, or repair whatever electrical problem you may be having. We employ dealer diagnostic equipment and current software for each and every manufacturer that we currently service.
Our company is based on the belief that our customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. Owner and founder of MAS. Experience in dealership and independent repair shop environments as well as business operations. Outside of work Kevin likes to spend time with his newborn daughter.
Bob Heipp - Director of Field Operations
39 years in the Automotive field in positions from technician to ownership. Outside of work Bob enjoys cooking and home brewing.
Jillian Marchand - AP/AR Manager
Business Management and Accounting degree. 10 years of small business bookkeeping. 3 years as a collision shop CSR. Outside of work Jillian enjoys boating and beaching on the shores of Lake Michigan with her husband and 4 kids or watching car races at her family's speedway in Michigan.
Alexandra Casanova - Office Coordinator
Degree in Psychology and American Sign Language, many years of experience in customer service. Outside of work Alex enjoys drawing, reading, and baking.
Kai Pfannenstiel - South Chicago Market Manager
29 years in the Automotive field in the independent and dealership environments.
MIke Van Wazer - North Chicago Market Manager
27 years of Automotive experience. ASE Maser with L1 and Bosch Master technician. Outside of work Mike enjoys working the local soup kitchens and listening to talk radio.
Shaun O'Neil - Michigan Market Manager
25 years of automotive experience. Father of 5, enjoys reading science fiction and baking cookies.
Tom Inserra - Technician - Chicago Area Market
41 years of Automotive experience and former independent shop owner. Has kept to date on evolving technology through classes at ATI and Triton College along with hundreds of seminars. Outside of work Tom enjoys his hobby in RC aircraft.
Jeremy Rossetti - Technician - Chicago Area Market
15 years of Automotive Experience on Asian, Domestic, and European vehicles. Jeremy likes to build custom PC's as a hobby in his free time.
Caleb Mohler - Technician - Chicago Area Market
10 years of Automotive experience in independent repair facilities and GM dealerships. Outside of work Caleb spends his time with his wife and daughter and likes Motorcycles.
Thomas Fredrick - Technician - Chicago Area Market
38 years of Automotive experience. Associates degree in Automotive from MCC. ASE certified. Outside of work Tom enjoys the futures markets for a productive retirement.
Tony Bernardi - Technician - Chicago Area Market
28 years of Automotive and Motorcycle experience. Tony has experience with cars, motorcycles, diesel trucks, and aftermarket accessories. Outside of work Tony enjoys building things that go fast.

I am not one who normally writes a review. But, when I recently went online to schedule an appointment with MAS I decided to read some of the reviews. I started reading all kinds of reviews about some guy named Tony. Well, I don't know who Tony is at MAS, I am sure he is an okay guy.But....he has got NOTHING on the crew that comes out to our shop in West Michigan that consists of Shaun, Andrew, Elliott and Chris. These guys are TOP NOTCH and so knowledgeable in their field and Hands Down the BEST!Thank you for the Expert service you Always provide us.

MAS has assembled a knowledgeable team that is very thorough when it comes to diagnosing, programming and calibrating our customers vehicles. I've been working with MAS for a while and have enjoyed every moment of it from calibrations to diagnostics to Wire/Connector Repair they have me covered. Best of all they inform you and will not go further without your authorization so there is never any "hidden charges". Every tech that I have encountered I have had a great relationship with, they are professional and extensively knowledgeable. This company is by far best I have ever used. Anytime I have had a problem with any of are cars. I can count in them to get the job done. Very good people to work with and down to the point. From the knowledge of ADAS and making sure that customers get in a safe driving car. From what happened in the accident. To making sure all system work the way they need to. Always making sure if something was missed is addressed at the time of there repair. To the time they walk out the door. These guy are better then going to a dealership and getting the run around story about your car. Thank you MAS for being there when we need you. And a big thanks to the staff and trained mechanics.

I've used MAS for years now, They are hands down the best mobile company that I have used (better than the dealer). I have had problems on vehicles that my own tech was unable to find the cause, and vehicles that need an OEM scan tool for diagnosis or recalibration. MAS has never let me down, they are always on time and their techs are very smart and courteous. When I need a vehicle fixed right MAS is always my first choice
